  4. You are free to distribute any of our software as you see fit aslong as the following is agreed to prior to your doing so.

  7. 2. No attempt is made to sell or otherwise personally gain, from the distribution of our software

  9. You may not list any of our programs either on website's that charge for access to listings, or charge to download programs. You may also not list or distribute our software via cd-rom or any other media, unless your charges are for postage only.

  11. All programs and utilities developed by the Ur I.T. Mate Group are provided as just that, FREEware.

  13. If including our application on media such as CD-ROM, DVD, floppy diskette, Ur I.T. Mate Group must be informed prior to your doing so. additionally, Ur I.T. Mate Group reserves the right to request and be sent, a copy of such media without charge.
